I wanted to write to you and let you know what a wonderful job Eric did (in the sale of my mom's house)....after my mom passed, I mentioned I wasn't sure what to do with her house; sell or keep it and rent it out. Eric not only talked me through both aspects and the pros and cons, but he did it without trying to "sell me" on the idea of selling. Eric came to the house and took alot of time going through the home to let me know what was worth fixing to help sell and what just needed a little touch up...  It allowed me to really think it over and decide what was best for me and my family.  Throughout the entire process i couldn't have asked for a better agent...Simply put, iI wouldn't have been able to get through the hardest thing in my life without Eric.
