Brent was awesome, he was very patient, kind-hearted and warm. I know that I'm not the easiest person to deal with, but he got the job done. He listened to exactly what it was that I needed, and worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with my transition to another city. I have already made recommendations to people who I know.
Working with Eric Decrosta was awesome. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me out with my first home purchase. He went above and beyond through out the whole transaction. He made sure I understood every step of the way from looking at property’s to the closing table. He asked me the right questions off the bat witch I didn’t think of before went I was looking for a home. Eric wasn't just helping me purchase a home but educated me in a lot of ways that I considered textbook facts of being a home owner,that a lot of people over look. I can’t not say enough how much effort he put in and always on the ball. I felt very at ease with every step he took to keep me going especially when buying a home it’s not easy. His saying of “its not a race it’s a marathon” was very true especially with this market. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for home to choose Eric because they would be in good hands and I would gladly work with him again.
