Help coordinate contractors, estate sale companies, etc., if requested.
Provide a market analysis of comparable sold and ""for sale"" properties to develop a successful marketing strategy and work with you on an appropriate list price.
Develop an aggressive marketing plan to expose your property to the greatest number of potential buyers.
Network with other real estate professionals and business contacts, promoting your property.
Communicate all updates with you as they occur. Contact no less than once per week.
Stay on top of all details from contract signing until closing.
