Keep you up to date with all homes available within your stated parameters and budget. Provide you with a list of reliable references, from lender qualifying to movers and cleaners. Staying involved and keeping you up to date with every step of the transaction, from contract to closing and beyond. Communication is KEY to confidence. Seller Services: An initial meeting to explain agency relationships and preview the subject property, offering the most time and cost effective improvements, if necessary, required to successfully market your property. Help coordinate contractors, estate sale companies, etc., if requested. Provide a market analysis of comparable sold and "for sale" properties to develop a successful marketing strategy and work with you on an appropriate price position. Develop an aggressive marketing plan to expose your property to the greatest number of potential buyers. Network with other real estate professionals and business contacts, promoting your property.
